Methods of Registration:
Online Registration form will open in May 2010.
Please fill in the online registration form and click the submit button
to send application to the secretariat.
The completed registration form with the relevant payment information must be received by secretariat to complete your registration.
Payment Instructions:
Pre-registration: Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, Amex), or bank transfer.
On-site registration: Registration fees must be paid by cash in Japanese yen.
Confirmation
After the secretariat has received the completed registration form and the relevant payment information, a written confirmation will be sent by e-mail or fax as soon as possible.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail or fax.
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Acknowledged prior to November 17, 2010 – Full refund (less JPY3,000 handling fee)
Acknowledged after November 17, 2010 – no refund
