Confirmation
After the secretariat has received the completed registration form and the relevant payment information, a written confirmation will be sent by e-mail or fax as soon as possible.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail or fax.
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Acknowledged prior to November 17, 2010 – Full refund (less JPY3,000 handling fee)
Acknowledged after November 17, 2010 – no refund
