Half day tour for accompanying person

Tour-1
December 17th afternoon: Sightseeing around the venue (Narita-san etc)
Half day tour to find attraction of Chiba around the venue.

Tour-2
December 18th afternoon: Sightseeing in Asakusa and Akihabara
Half day tour to find attraction of east part of Tokyo.

*Fee: JPY 5,000- for each day
*Time: 13:00-17:00 for each day
*Transportation: Bus tour with English Guide
*One trip (Dec. 17th or 18th) is included registration fee of accompanying person.
*Limit of Number: 50 persons for each tour. (First come First serve policy)

Bus will leave from the venue, International Conference Hall, Makuhari Messe
Ticket will be available on site too (limit number: 50 for each tour) at the Conference "Tour Desk", 2F Lobby, International Conference Hall.

 

Welcome Reception for all the participants
Date & Time: D ecember 17th 19:00-21:00
Place: International Conference Room, 2nd Floor, International Conference Hall, Makuhari Messe
Traditional local entertainment will be performed.
Awarding Ceremony for Excellent Papers will be presented.
Fee of the Welcome Reception is included in the Registration Fee.
