Traffic information: The venue of this forum (Kyoto Granvia Hotel) is located just on the Kyoto station, which is the terminal station of your express train (called Haruka) from Kansai airport with 1 hr and 15 min of railroad trip. The Haruka express train departs Kansai airport every 30 min from 6:34 am to 10:16 pm. Alternatively, you can come to Kyoto station from Tokyo station by Shinkansen superexpress train with 2 hr of trip.
