(1) Registration fee:

- Early registration (extended until-August 31): 30,000 Japanese yen, (accompanying person: 10,000 Japanese yen)

- Late registration (September 1-October 10): 40,000 Japanese yen, (accompanying person: 15,000 Japanese yen)

(2) Registration fee allows poster or oral presentation, and covers attendance to all scientific sessions, 2 day free traffic ticket within Kyoto city including discount tickets for major temples and spots, lunch seminars, evening activities, and coffee breaks. Accompanying person gets 2 day free traffic ticket within Kyoto city including discount tickets for major temples and spots, and can attend only evening activities. Certification of attendance will be issued to all registered participants on site.
