Copy of official documents such as a student's identification or a certificate will be required. Admission fee for Welcome Party, February 18th (Sat) shall be charged to Japanese participants only:
JPY3,000. Overseas participants are welcomed free of charge.

Method of Registration
Registration shall be made by using Online Registration Form.
To submit an abstract, you are required to register first.

Participants
Conference registrants are entitled for the followings:
Access to all scientific sessions, poster presentations
Daily coffee/ tea breaks and lunches for 2 days
Get-together party, Welcome reception (extra charge for Japanese participants)
Conference satchel with program, abstract and related information Conference badge

Confirmation of Registration
You will receive a semiautomatic receipt of your registration immediately upon receiving your registration form online. If you register and do not receive a confirmation 2 weeks later, please contact with ISCE Secretariat <isce2012@k-con.co.jp>. Or you can bring a copy of your registration form and proof of payment to the registration desk on-site.

Liabilities
All participants and accompanying persons should be responsible for their own medical, accident and other necessary insurance.

Method of Payment
All fees must be paid at the time of registration. Payment can be made by the following methods.

On-site Registration
Payment must be made in cash (Japanese Yen) only.

Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations up to December 31, the registration fee will be refunded. Refunds requested after this date will not be possible.
